Bruno Gayral received the Young Investigator Award "Superlattices, Nanostructures and Nanodevices" for all of his work on "the development of new broadband spectroscopy techniques for semiconductor nanostructures".

Bruno Gayral, researcher at the "Nanophysics and Semiconductors" team (NPSC, joint CEA-CNRS team) has received the young researcher's award "Superlattices, Nanostructures and Nanodevices" for all his work on " the development of new broadband spectroscopy techniques for semiconductor nanostructures ".

Bruno Gayral is specialized in optical spectroscopy of nitrides. The award was presented on July 22, 2010 during the ICSNN conference in Beijing.
