More than 2100 participants from 61 countries had registered to the E-MRS 2007 Spring Meeting. 56 different organisations were participating in the technical exhibition. The countries with the largest number of participants, in order, were France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Japan and Romania. The plenary session had been very good from the scientific aspect.
It is on this occasion that Nicolas Pauc, a researcher in our laboratory, was awarded the prize for the best poster presentation.
