With a budget of 150 million Euros, this PEPR aims to strengthen research in the field of solid state qubits, cold atoms, algorithms and other disruptive topics in the emerging field of quantum technologies.

The PEPR will allow the teams of the Interdisciplinary Research Institute of Grenoble (IRIG), of which our laboratory is a part, to explore new areas of research in collaboration with its partners in Grenoble and Saclay, such as the realization of robust qubits in silicon and germanium heterostructures, the integration of ferromagnetic components in order to improve the efficiency of the control of semiconductor qubits, or the simulation and emulation of quantum machines.
