For this seminar, we will present our recent development of spin-orbit qubit based on hole spins in CMOS silicon devices.
After an introduction to understand how to turn a classical CMOS transistor into a spin qubit device [1], we will focus on the peculiar properties of hole spin qubits in silicon.
Eventually, we will present why a microwave photon could be used as a "quantum bus" for long distance hole spin qubit interaction [2].
